Endowment Fund

The Big Brothers Big Sisters Michigan Capital Region Endowment Fund is managed by the Capital Region Community Foundation.  Once the fund builds to a suitable, sustainable level, income from the fund will be used annually by Big Brothers Big Sisters Michigan Capital Region to carry out its charitable work.  The Endowment Fund accepts single donations or pledges over a multi-year period.  Endowment Fund donations are an excellent way to ensure long-term funding support to the Agency.  Your gift to the Endowment Fund qualifies not only for a charitable deduction on your federal tax return, but also for specific State of Michigan tax credits, subject to limits based on filing status.  These Michigan tax credits are in addition to those available for donations to Michigan colleges and universities, public libraries, and public television.
